MTPGD1--Territorial Pardon for Munditenens Tresplet
DECREED: July 9th, 2012/XXXIII
Well, let's see:
On January 24th, 2004, I was plotting my evil takeover of a barren wasteland inhabited by no one which is as cold as ice for reasons which will follow.
On May 12th, 2000, I decided to participate in a homicide down South Pole way--my first homicide of course, being only a 5 year old--which could not be pinned on me, luckily, as jurisdictional problems prevented New Zealand investigators from questioning my accomplices.
On July 8th, 2012, I finally became Royal Governor of the area, and I issue a full pardon to myself, Munditenens Tresplet, this day of July 9th, 2012.
I just hope the press don't misquote me ;D

AMENDED: July 12th, 2012/XXXIII
I hereby amend my original decree of territorial pardon, MTPGD1, to read as follows:
I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2012/XXXIII, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING PARDON:
Any and all felonious, unlawful, or otherwise bad actions taken by myself, Munditenens (Dien) Tresplet, in the Talossan Territory of Péngöpäts on May 12th, 2000, if such exist, are hereby territoriality pardoned. Furthermore, if any action is taken by myself or my designated agents to charge and/or convict myself of these pardoned actions, I heretofore demand myself be taken into custody for violating the terms of this pardon for taking myself into custody.
I further stipulate that this pardon shall exist in perpetuity, as long as such real territory encompassing the Territory of Péngöpäts is claimed by the Kingdom of Talossa.
DONE UNDER MY HAND, This day of July 12th, 2012/XXXIII A.D. from the Governor's Mansion, Péngöpäts.
