Bentxamì Puntmasleu (b. 1995/XVI, West Columbia Saint Mary, Rosalez, Dun Cestour, Vuode) has been a Talossan citizen since 25 September 2023/XLIV. He is a provincial citizen of Vuode.

He spent his early childhood in West Allis (the second-largest city in Milwaukee County after the City of Milwaukee) and graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College before enrolling at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Abbavilla) as a student of ecology. He regards himself as both a patriot of Talossa and of Milwaukee and Wisconsin at large.

Puntmasleu has served as a Councillor on the Estats Xhenerais of Vuode since 26 October 2023/XLIV and as Premier since 30 October of the year. Seneschal Bråneu Excelsio appointed Puntmasleu (a denizen of the Greater Talossan Area) Director of the Bureau of Home Affairs on 3 November 2023/XLIV. On 28 November 2023/XLIV, Puntmasleu was assigned eight seats held by the Free Democrats of Talossa in the 59th Cosa. These seats were previously assigned to Txoteu É. Davinescu, who vacated them upon his re-seating as senator from Maricopa.
