Bentxamì Puntmasleu (b. 1995/XVI, West Columbia Saint Mary, Rosalez, Dun Cestour, Vuode) has been a Talossan citizen since 25 September 2023/XLIV. He is a provincial citizen of Vuode.

He spent his early childhood in West Allis (the second-largest city in Milwaukee County after the City of Milwaukee) and graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College before enrolling at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Abbavilla) as a student of ecology. He regards himself as both a patriot of Talossa and of Milwaukee and Wisconsin at large.

Offices Held

Puntmasleu has served as a Councillor on the Estats Xhenerais of Vuode since 26 October 2023/XLIV and as Premier since 30 October of the year. Seneschal Bråneu Excelsio appointed Puntmasleu (a denizen of the Greater Talossan Area) Director of the Bureau of Home Affairs on 3 November 2023/XLIV.
