Cresti Nouacastra-Läxhirescu is a Talossan citizen, from the province of Maritiimi-Maxhestic.
A member of the MRPT, he served as Attorney-General during the 52nd Cosa, and as Grand General Secretary of Maritiimi-Maxhestic from late 2017 onwards.
