John McGarry (Ián F. da Ciovecál, b. 7 May 1966) was a citizen of Talossa and of Vuode Province.
He became a Talossan citizen on 11 December 1993, and served as Seneschal during the 19th Cosa. He had two dandelions, a son and a daughter.
