Usage:
This template is used next to bills in the Clark. As in:
43RZ1 -- Something Something Bill Title DoL Entry

Clicking on the link created by the template would bring you to the Digest of Laws, and to the section which contains the bill, upon which you could see that it is actually a law and we aren't BS-ing you. Plus, it looks kind of cool like that.
