Glüc da Dhi, a Cézembrean, is the former Sénéchal of the Talossan Province of Cézémbre. He is also a member of l'Etats de Cézembre and the Senator representing Cézembre.
Formerly a member of the Progressive Party of Talossa, he founded the Moderate Radical Party with his partymate Alexandreu Bisquinc.
He is also the current Vice-President of the Talossan Observer.
