Alèxandreu Seëscu Soleighlfred is a citizen of Cézembre. Was previously known as Alexander Likazar and Alexandreu Bisquinc.
He is the first Russian in the Kingdom of Talossa and the northernmost citizen of the Kingdom. Soleighlfred is a member of 44th Cosa and l'Etats de Cézembre. Has served during the 41st Cosa as interim Senator for the province.
Currently is a member of the Moderate Radical Party of Talossa, of which he was a co-founder and the Sénéchal of Cézembre.
