The Clerk of Courts is an appointed position in the judiciary system of Talossa. The Clerk (and any deputies) are tasked with receiving any initial motions or court cases for both the Cort Pü Inalt and the General Cort. The post was initially established by 42RZ4, The Clerk of Courts Act, and now is governed by Lex.G.5 and Lex.G.6. The Clerk is appointed by His Majesty the King on the recommendation of the Seneschal.
The current Clerk is Baron Alexandreu Davinescu.
