There's probably some easy solution I never knew, but I would like if the name templates auto-substed in, i.e. if using Fiovă actually replaced the template with the word, but without people having to learn and use subst with it.--AD (talk) 16:01, 10 July 2012 (CDT)

This looks somewhat promising. I'll continue to dig around, but it seems as though you could create a string function that replaces Fiova with Fiovă (and all the other Talossan names with diacritics) automatically whenever the edit is saved.
