Éovart Andrinescù is a citizen of Talossa. He is a member of the Free Democrats of Talossa.
Andrinescù was born on 27 June 1998. He became a citizen of Talossa on 23 June 2013 and was assigned to the Free Province of Fiôvâ. Initially a member of the Moderate Radicals, Andrinescù joined the Liberal Congress and later, through that party's merger with the ZRT, became a Free Democrat. Andrinescù previously served as Fiôvâ's Secretary of State. Andrinescù served as the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
Andrinescù was also an affiliate member of the Talossan Press Association and the creator of the "dynamic fiction project" blog Talossa 2031.
