þerxh Sant-Enogat is a citizen of Talossa and resident of Cézembre. Sant-Enogat became a Talossan citizen on 8 May 2023/XLIV, and currently resides in France, alternatively in Paris and in Dinard, where he can enjoy a very partial view from his top-floor window to the Cézembre island.
He is a member of the Talossan National Congress, and was designated to lead the party after the resignation of its founder on 1 September 2023/XLIV.
He is also a proud member of l'Etats de Cézembre since 6 June 2023/XLIV, and has been elected Sénéchal de Cézembre on 1 December 2023/XLIV (mostly because he was the only candidate).
Sant-Enogat is also known for creating the Óifisch Rexhital del Tourismeu dal Insulā da Cézembre, a.k.a the Royal Tourist Office of the Island of Cézembre, for which he is the current Director.
