The Senatorial Medal of Honour is the highest award given by the Talossan legislature, the Ziu. It was established by 25RZ77, The Senatorial Medal of Honour Act. Recipients are entitled to add the honourific S.H. after their names.
The medal is awarded by a Resolution of the Senate with Royal Assent.

- Lord Fritz von Buchholtz, UrN, Cin., S.H., Baron of Capitol & Locust
- Ián Tamorán, S.H., for service as Senior Justice of the Uppermost Court and as member and President of the Royal Society
- Marti-Pair Furxheir, S.H., for extended service as Secretary of State and for creating and mantaining the official Database
- Istefan Perþonest, S.H., for extended service as Burgermeister of Inland Revenue
- Glüc da Dhi, S.H., for service as Secretary of State, MC, Senator, Seneschal and Minister; for service in provincial politics, in journalism, culture and punditry; and overall high accomplishments in a long tenure as citizen
