His Majesty King John is also a member ex officio of the order (as he is of all orders of knighthood). However, the Order of the Nation was the one order to which the King was admitted (on 30 November 2005 by the Regency of King Louis) prior to his accession to the throne.  Despite his ex officio status in the other orders, John has stated, "For what it's worth, I've never considered myself a member of any Order except l'Urðeri per la Naziun."
His Majesty King Txec is also a member ex officio of the order (as he is of all orders of knighthood).

The Order for the Nation (L'Urderi per la Naziun ([naziun] ( )) in Talossan) is one of the four Orders of Knighthood in the Kingdom of Talossa. Knights or dames admitted to the order are entitled to add either the honourific 'UrN-GC' or 'UrN-C' to their name. Officers of the Order of the Nation, which does not grant the title Sir or Dame, are entitled to add the honourific 'UrN'.

The Order for the Nation is the senior order and is the most commonly awarded. The Crown recognises worthy citizens, offering them admission into the order for long and dedicated service to the nation, or for particular acts of valour in the defence of the realm.

Upon his accession, King Txec created two ranks in the Order for the Nation: Knight/Dame Grand Cross and Knight/Dame Commander. The King elevated three existing members to the rank of Knight/Dame Grand Cross and one new member to the rank of Knight Commander. A third rank was added, that of Officer of The Order of the Nation, after 60RZ23 passed and received Royal Assent.
