Revision as of 13:52, 5 August 2022
The second Cabinet of Ian Plätschisch was inaugurated on May 22nd 2022/XLIII. The Free Democrats were joined by newcomer Partì da Reformaziun, together holding a slim majority of the 57th Cosa. This was the first Cabinet to be inaugurated following the passage of the "It's the Immigration, Stupid" Act (56RZ12), which abolished the Ministry of the Interior, splitting its responsibilities between the Ministry of Immigration (returning the latter to Cabinet ministry status), the Ministry of STUFF, and the newly-created Ministry of Technology.
