Glüc da Dhi is a citizen of Talossa and of the province of Cézembre. He is currently serving as Secretary of State, and is a former Seneschal of the Kingdom of Talossa.

National politics

Formerly a member of the Progressive Party of Talossa, da Dhi founded the Moderate Radical Party along with fellow PP member Alèxandreu Soleighlfred in August 2011. The party would go on to lead the first non-RUMP government in seven years in early 2014, with da Dhi leading it to a then-best 56 seats finish and taking the mantle of Prime Minister at the helm of a centre-left coalition including the ZRT and the LPR.

Following the loss of a vote of confidence, early elections were called and he decided to take a hiatus from frontline politics, with Party Whip and STUFF Minister Lüc da Schir succeeding him as leader of the MRPT in August 2014.

He returned to active politics in the 49th Cosa, accepting Cosa seats for the first time since 2010. He went on to serve as a very successful Minister of STUFF in Da Schir's cabinets of 2017-2018, securing an arrangement that meant the government would start paying for Talossa's webpresence instead of the King, and boosting the Kingdom's social media activities.

Da Dhi is notable for his long tenure in the Senate, first from 2011 to 2015 and then briefly coming back in 2017-2018; he served as Senator for Cézembre for a total 41 Clarks, as of 2018 one of only six people to do so for 40 or more Clarks, and Cézembre's second longest serving Senator overall behind Gjermund Higraff. He served as Lord President, or Mençei, during the Senate for the 47th Cosa.

Chancery

Da Dhi was appointed Secretary of State by Prime Minister Lüc da Schir on May 22nd 2018/XXXIX, succeeding Martì-Paìr Furxhéir. Upon appointment, he resigned his seat in the Senate, his Cabinet post and his membership in the MRPT.

Provincial politics

He is also a former Sénéchal of the Talossan Province of Cézémbre, a member of l'Etats de Cézembre, and the Senator representing Cézembre.

Other interests

Da Dhi has been involved in journalism from time to time, submitting articles to the Talossan Observer while it was active and to Beric'ht Talossan in later years.

Da Dhi has also organised most editions of the Talossan Music Top 20, including the final livestreams, which are usually held during each General Election deadline night.
