The Second Válcadác'h Cabinet, inaugurated on January 22nd 2003, was the first Coalition government in Talossa in ten years. This Cabinet was in office during the 31st Cosa, the last to use the Real Cosa appointment method, and was a coalition of the Progressive Conservatives and two new parties, La Mhà Nheagrâ and the Grey Congress Party.
