The first cabinet led by [[Seneschal]] [[Lüc da Schir]] came to power on 19 September {{year|2014}} after elections to the [[47th Cosa]], when S;reu da Schir was appointed by His Majesty [[King John]]. He took over from his fellow party member [[Da Dhi Cabinet|Glüc da Dhi]], who had retired as [[MRPT]] leader before the elections. Da Schirs party, the [[MRPT]], came second in the elections, but managed to continue the previous coalition with the [[ZRT]] led by [[Miestrâ Schivâ]], UrN, with the addition of the newly formed [[Liberal Congress]] led by former [[Distain]] [[Cärlus Xheraltescu]] and the  [[Progressive Party]], led by [[Owen Edwards]]. Da Schirs tenure ended on 24 June {{year|2014}} after the elections to the [[48th Cosa]], when S;reu [[Xheraltescu Cabinet|Xheraltescu]] took over.
