Notes

1 Baron Hooligan resigned his seat following the final Clark of the Cosa upon being appointed Seneschal, feeling that the Prime Minister's legislative tenure should be completely tied to the Vote of Confidence, and so that the seat could be filled by a Cézembrean citizen for the 37th Cosa.
