The Senate for the 33rd Cosa consisted of seven seats.
Elections
The seat for Florencia was won by Brook Gläfke.
The Senate seat for Maricopa was won by Pete Hottelet.
Four of the other five Senate seats had been vacated on 1 June 2004, on the eighteenth day of the election, by renunciations of citizenship during the crisis of 2004 that created the Talossan Republic. Only the Vuode seat failed to change hands during this time of upheaval.

3 Senator Gläfke was appointed to the seat vacated by Senator Martì Páir Furxhéir, who had renounced his citizenship during the election, founding the Talossan Republic.
